Total Wrist and RUDJ Arthrodesis with a plate

This patient suffer of an old POPB with a palsy of the wrist and good flexors fingers tendons, and a  fixed supination of the forearm.

We perform an arthrodesis by a special plate ( anatomical plate, designed by Synthes)

In the same time, we perform a graft (bone substitue) and a  RUDJ arthodesis by Two SBI canulated screws ( 3.5 mn)

No post operative cast ( fixed plate) with immediate physiotherapy for the fingers and the elbow.
